THE MAGIC OF DEATH VALLEY, CALIFORNIA - MARCH 3-9, 2013

Death Valley is the kind of place that I can return to many times, since it is always changing. One of the most unique and spectacular places I’ve been, Death Valley is truly a land of contrasts, from the salt pan below sea level to the highest vertical rise in the United States. Weather permitting, we will visit the moving rocks of The Racetrack as well as sand dunes, canyons and a ghost town. The cost of this workshop is $1895, excluding airfare.

CREATIVE VISION IN SOUTHERN UTAH - MAY 8 - 13, 2013

By request, I’m adding this popular workshop into the schedule for 2013. We will explore our vision and the landscape surrounding Zion National Park, visiting unique locations each day. These will include the Virgin River, waterfalls, slot canyons, desert slickrock, sand dunes and even a ghost town! The hotel is wonderful, as is the town and the selection of restaurants. THE UKRAINE - OLD CITIES WITH NEW LIFE - MAY  20 - 31, 2013

An exciting new workshop is in development! We will visit cities in central and western Ukraine and discover aspects of the country that are off the beaten track. CENTRAL ITALY - DEVELOPING A PERSONAL VISION - June 10 - 21, 2013

I will be leading this workshop which focuses on 2 locations in the Emilia Romagne region, one a quiet canal-filled seaport south of Venice and the other a small medieval village in the Apennine Hills.
