Traveling from St. Johns in the east to “Iceberg Alley” in the north, we will explore the small coves and villages among the icebergs, which float past the coastline after breaking loose in Greenland and the Canadian Arctic. The small town of Twillingate and surrounding villages will provide us with excellent iceberg viewing opportunities. We will also visit Fogo Island , and photograph in towns, fishing ports and other landscape areas. We will spend one night in St. Johns upon our arrival and another prior to our departure. The rest of the time we will explore the nooks and crannies of Northern Newfoundland, photographing a variety of subjects with the icebergs omnipresent. Puffins and whales may appear, but the local townspeople are certain to engage with us. This workshop is limited to 7 participants.
