The high desert of Nevada and Utah provide many interesting landscape features, including narrow slot canyons, brilliant red sandstone formations and Lake Mead. We will stay near the Valley of Fire State Park and spend a few days photographing the amazing red sandstone formations and the Lake Mead area. Then we will move on to St. George, in Southern Utah for more landscapes - including the Kolob Canyon portion of Zion National Park. The scenery will be spectacular! This workshop is limited to 7 people.

Workshop Fee: $1395 due by April 5, 2022. This fee covers the cost of pre-trip planning, equipment suggestions, photography instruction and feedback, photography demonstrations, and location selection during the workshop. (Flights, hotels, food and car rental are not included.)

Deposit: $500

Accommodations: You may book your choice of hotels in the Valley of Fire area and St. George. Recommendations will be provided at the time of registration.

Ground Transportation: You will need to book or share a car with others.
